We are a Christian company.  Our first mission is to display our faith by how we treat everyone with whom we interact.  Our secondary mission is to foster growth in our company through honesty and integrity.

  
  • Our company was founded by Gerry Adair and his wife Cheryl, when they created Claim Services Group in 2005.
  • Mr. Adair has over thirty years of claims experience including staff adjuster, manager and executive.  He is a General Adjuster, with expertise in the field of general liability, property, and products liability.  He oversees our quality control and the day to day operations of the business.
  • Mrs. Adair comes from an agency background with State Farm Insurance. Her duties include oversite of all human resource issues along with our distinctive customer service program.
  • We take serious our commitment to provide professional, courteous and responsive service each and every time.  We know that you have many choices of companies that adjust claims.  What we do is provide customer service at the very highest level.
